SHIPPING

We ship all merchandise through the United States Postal Service. Our shopping cart will calculate your shipping costs when you place an order with us. We will ship your order to you within 1-2 days of receiving it.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We will charge you actual shipping charges for your order and will email you the total amount when you place your order. We will ship your order after you approve the shipping charges by email.

RETURNS

We hope you will be happy with your purchases from us. We buy only quality fabric and supplies. If you are dissatisfied with any of our products, please let us know within 30 days of receipt. We will be happy to either exchange the product or give you a refund or credit. Books, patterns and CD’s are not returnable.

We respect your right to privacy and do not share any personal information with ANYONE. Any information received from you is used to process your order only. If you would like to be added to our email list, please let us know.
